NFL football, Indianapolis vs. Washington in Hall of Fame Game (7 p.m., ESPN): It's time for America's third-favorite sport: NFL preseason football. Peyton Manning won't be playing, and Taylorsville Jason Campbell won't play for long.

MLB baseball, Houston at Chicago Cubs (6 p.m., ESPN): Can the Astros slow down the Cubs' drive toward the NL Central crown? No.
